The initial clinical consult is $49. Second is the medication cost, which is not included in membership.

For brands, WeightWatchers posts cash options when insurance does not apply: Wegovy from $499 per month and Zepbound single-dose vials from $349 per month via LillyDirect. Otherwise medication costs are determined by your insurance coverage.

How it works and timing

You complete a short eligibility quiz, enroll, meet a clinician virtually, and receive a prescription if appropriate. The Care Team handles insurance paperwork, refills, and questions through in-app chat 24/7. Medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy, and delivery speed depends on that pharmacy and your insurance steps.

Compounded medications explained

The clinic publishes an informed consent for compounded GLP-1s outlining risks, storage, injection technique, and that compounded products are not FDA-approved. The consent references Olympia Pharmacy with a beyond-use date of 28 days after vial puncture. At the same time, WeightWatchers notes that new compounded semaglutide prescriptions are no longer offered now that the FDA shortage is marked resolved in February 2025.
